“to early to comment meaningfully as at this time awaiting policy docs and request for any further information as only just taken policy out. Early indications though are that the process will be straight forward.”

“Despite the awful customer service provided which had to talk with 4 people and used over 2 hours of my time, I had to go with this insurance because I am already 2 hours late for work and don't have the time to start all process again. I have made 2 complaints and I have no hope.”
