There was a bit of bother with some stuff that needed confirming and there was nowhere to reply or to tell the insurer said information, Rachael was excellent and friendly at solving this.

Very helpful initially. Great on the phone. Wanted additional documents which I sent in. Then requested further documents which were not relevent to my application. Constant texts and emails demanding these. Eventually I sent in the documents to stop this. Very rude via email despite me being polite despite my frustration. Will never use again and would not reccomend

Terrible terrible company, very rude staff. Very shady they take your deposit and then try and bump up the price of your insurance for unjustifiable reasons. Very disappointed and a big shout out to Emma Heason who I spoke to, this woman is extremely rude. Avoid this company for insurance!!

#Ellie Ladybird had been nothing but helpful and even aided me in getting cheaper insurance then quoted. #Ellie thanks for being patient with me and answering my silly questions, I can finally drive my car with piece of mind Also Ellie is very pleasant, kind and pleasant.
