“Very helpful initially. Great on the phone. Wanted additional documents which I sent in. Then requested further documents which were not relevent to my application. Constant texts and emails demanding these. Eventually I sent in the documents to stop this. Very rude via email despite me being polite despite my frustration. Will never use again and would not reccomend”

“Terrible terrible company, very rude staff. Very shady they take your deposit and then try and bump up the price of your insurance for unjustifiable reasons. Very disappointed and a big shout out to Emma Heason who I spoke to, this woman is extremely rude. Avoid this company for insurance!!”
