“Before ringing ladybird I talked to a number of insurance agency and I can say without doubt MONICA was the most professional, courtesy, and understanding with patience. “Terrible company. Cancelled my daughters insurance because she make a very small genuine mistake. Charged her £75 plus 10% of the policy and at first said they couldn’t refund for 30 days. Don’t they know that if you Bacs money it goes straight away. There customers complaints adviser Becky rang me the following day and was very very unhelpful. Basically told me tuff luck. We went to Admiral insurance and got a much better deal. Wish we done that in the first place. Terrible terrible company”
