“The bloke I spoke to was nice enough BUT the amount of time it took to go through the process of getting the policy was ridiculous ! It must of been nearly an hour, which was outrageous. Also I was constantly being put on hold, I’m seriously considering cancelling the policy as your customer service is pretty shocking.”

“Had the worst experience with Ladybird Insurance. They outright refused acceptance of my no claims policy on numerous occasions with my previous insurer AFTER I'd paid their deposit and have now charged a whopping cancellation fee for leaving them because of the way they operate.”

“Gerry explained very well what was involved in the insurance and I could send him my check codes, license and ncd to his email which was simpler than downloading it via ladybirds system”

“#Monika. This week was the first time I have dealt with your company. Monia was very professional but also helpful and pleasant. She was also sensitive to dealing with a hearing impaired client following just one prompt. It was very much like the level of service one used to receive when dealing face-to-face with one's 'local friendly broker'. Your company has made a friend!”
