Ripped off by this outfit, most unhappy about it and will be going to the Ombudsman. Ladybird and Fresh will not see me again as a customer, you know what you did and I will get my £275 worth by slaughtering you in every review site I can find. Pay up front and they will rip you off by insisting on a change to your policy which will cost you money. Funny that.

Used comparethemarket.com, low quote on that website. Then not actually able to purchase that quote until after a phonecall where they double the cost of the quote. I wouldn't recommend that anyone insures their car through this company.

Made a information claim only on somebody who burst there tyre but no collision, Phone them and they p The worst customer service manager ever, who Seriously lacks any intelligence, and has resorted to scamming me out of more money July 2017, very dodgy dealing that needs the financial ombudsman to look into fraudulent manager abusing their perceived powers. I have the evidence of an outrageous scam.

Their knowledge of UK Geography is lamentable! They canceled a policy because they failed to appreciate that Ipswich is the COUNTY Town of SUFFOLK!! Hopeless!!!

Poor Customer service. Promised call back twice and failed to do so both times. Took copies of my council tax bill and other documents in order to quote. Left me in the lurch for 2 days to then tell me that you couldn't cover me at my new address. Avoid like the plague Absolute cowboys.

Agreed with other reviews,they requested personal documentation, then wouldn't insure me, with reasons nothing to do with driving at all, documents was requested for proof of address only, the other thing to watch for is the quotes you get is not necessarily the price you will pay . Remember to take note of the reference number . ignore the cheap price advertised, something not quite right with this company , I would avoid at all cost.

It will not allow you to verify your account without putting in your personal car insurance details, again this leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth about this company.

Never ever ever use this insurance company. They are a scam. They will take as much money as possible from you and give you the bare minimal in return. You may think you are saving with this company but the amount quoted will NOT be the amount they take.

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY They requested a massive amount of information which was submitted 5 times before they were happy. They were unable to make pictures larger to see them apparently. You are unable to drive another vehicle on any policy taken out with them!!!!! An enquiry to cancel the policy after just 1 week was apparently going to cost the equivalent of half a years insurance with them!!!!

The overall service I will say was good. Staffs over the telephone were helpful. I made no claim so I cannot review on that but the only thing I was unhappy with was their systems could not recognise when my policy was due. In my case I actually had to call them to get a new quote and request for my no claim bonus certificate where with my previous car insurance, everything were done automatically.

I have only been insured with this company for a short period of time, and I have missed a payment so rang them to arrange the monies to be paid on a particular date when I was going to be on holiday, but they did not take the payment as the said I had to ring to do that but the girl on the phone did not state this. I would not insure myself of advise anyone to go with this company. They don't have any customer service skills, respect of understanding for their customers and should not be insuring people if they cannot commit to their policies.
