“After waiting for the previous agent to call me back she never I waited 24 hours!! Then the phone was put down on me by a male agent Then finally a lovely efficient agent sorted out everything she was Brilliant!!!!”

“Highly recommended. I have been a customer for 2 years now and will continue in the future. I have had an issue with my latest renewal due to vehicle circumstances, not Ladybird Insurance. Although the outcome was not the best, I was happy to go ahead with the renewal as I was handled extremely professionally. The agent who dealt with everything, Ryan, is a credit to the company. Keeping to his word each time and communicating well even under the current pandemic obstacles. An asset to the company. Thank you”

“Customer service. I spoke to Georgia on the phone regarding my policy issue. She was extremely helpful. Knowing that her colleagues made me cry because of how rude and terrible customer service. I really appreciate her help and was so lovely and polite. Can’t you enough for making me feel less stress now. Thank you so much AMAZING customer service skills”

“Whilst calling to renew my policy I spoke to Jodie, who was brilliant, she was extremely friendly and happy to explain any details which I was unsure about regarding my policy, would definitely recommend Ladybird to others based on the brilliant prices and excellent customer service!”
