Got a quote via moneysupermarket and then for no apparent reason they increased the quote by £60. Fraudsters!!!!

The guy I spoke to over the phone (#8) was extremely helpful and I was assured he would get me the best deal on my behalf, really happy with the legnths he went to to help me out.

Given a quote of £550 - then asked to provide evidence of NCD - then after doing that told that they would have to validate application - then told validation had failed & would need to refer to specialist team where the minimum policy would be at least £1100. I have concerns around the process that this company adopts & suspect that they offer initial low quotes only then to find reasons to ramp up the premium.

Great service provided by the insurance sales rep (forgive me as I have forgotten the guy’s name). Was very efficient, thorough and helped further to explain some parts of the insurance that I did not quite understand.

The gentleman I spoke to, Andrew #5, was very kind and easy to talk to. As I’m easily confused with insurance details, Andrew was very calm and patient and even had a few laughs, definitely made the whole insurance phone call a lot easier!

I had a call with #5 Andrew Betts regarding my insurance quote today and to get my insurance set up. He was very helpful with advising me on everything to do with my insurance and wasn't a robot like a lot of other people i have spoken to at other companies. He wasn't forceful in trying to get me to add things on to my insurance and made the chat go extremely well.
