“I have recently just spoke to a lady named Emma regarding a new quote. From the get go her attitude was poor, it was If she was not happy with her job. Everything she said was in a rude manner and was completely unhelpful. She is no credit to ladybirds team and should never be hired for customer service. I take pride in my customer service that I deliver, maybe ladybird need to focus on this member too! Such a shame as I read so many lovely comments about other staff.”
