I called the company of behalf of my dad because of the language barrier and the person who I spoke with (Andrew Betts) was really, really helpful and polite. He did his best to explain everything regarding my dad's insurance policy and very,very patient with me (my English it is not perfect) I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs insurance. Thank you very much.

Always impressed with level of service and smooth process to insure vehicle. Andy the call handler took time to listen to my needs and dealt with my call in a professional manner. In fact it was Andy who also took my call a year earlier which was good to have continuity rather than some of these automated call centres

Had a phone call this morning about the renewal for my insurance. was very helpful and explained everything giving me a clear understanding! 5 out of 5 costumer service skills!

Paid for policy in full last night. Received a call today. When I used search engine I said I had license for 2 years. Actually it’s one year and 11 months, my mistake. I was advised premium has increased by £60 and there is an admin fee of £25 to pay! An additional £85! A lot of money for a young person! Representative I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I felt pressured into paying additional premium. Very unhappy, in hindsight could of got same cover cheaper elsewhere. the admin fee is especially unfair on a new policy, I feel completely robbed! BEWARE.

Please avoid using this company I was 7 months into my motor insurance policy. I moved to another property and gave them my new address. To be told it is a high risk area, we are cancelling your policy in 7days. End of!!!!... Really?. This is disgusting. I have had to organise a new policy with another company.. This is not a high risk area, you just wanted to rob another person and charge mega fees... Please read this everyone and go elsewhere.

Becky Price has helped and given us the support we needed after an upsetting week with a new car purchased from Motorpoint 5 weeks ago, that turned out to be a car that had been in a crash that no one knew about and had been superglued back together, and that's no joke we have the video from ford to show. so Motorpoint has now told us to choose a different car and it has arrived today, so I spoke to Becky on Monday of this week and informed her of everything that had happened and we were waiting for a car to arrive as it was being shipped over from Glasgow, so she dealt with it as far as we could until the car arrived here. so today being Thursday, Becky sorted the change over of policy to the new car with care and understanding, Just want to say thank you to Becky for making such a bad week turn into a better one

Just spoke to Andy and he provided Excellent Customer Service and was very helpful, friendly and asked questions in a very polite manner. He explained any minor details without any hesitation. Excellent member of the Ladybird Team!
