Then after looking at these reviews I decided to cancel with them (I should have looked at the reviews before) but after a lengthy wait on the phone they have charged me £86 for the 3 days I have been with their insurance so I do not get a full refund despite me cancelling within 14 days.

I asked to cancel my account and was told it would take up to a month to get a refund ( It did take a full month) leaving me short of money to pay my new insurer a full year at once.

Very disappointed with Ladybird Insurance. I paid £541 in full for my insurance. I changed my car 2 and a half months later and they would only give me a £230 refund. Plus it will take 30 days!! I will Never use these Rip off merchants again. Compare the market should not be promoting this company
