Hi, i was renewing my car insurance today Cameron wood dealt with me, he was friendly and got the best quote for me saving £85 which i was very happy with and everything i ask him he knew and dealt with me in no time, i think a bonus should be in mind for him

Awful company, stay away! First, I found out after I had signed my insurance documents and paid my deposit that my excess had doubled. All customer support could say was that I ‘should’ve read the small print’. Next, they harassed me for weeks to provide documents that were far beyond what I was prepared to provide but I was constantly threatened with having my policy cancelled. The staff were so rude and unhelpful on the phone. I couldn’t trust them to give me the policy they promised, let alone live up to it if I ever had an accident. I cancelled my policy and got out as soon as I could!

I am very happy the help i got today for my car insurance its really incredible the customer service provided by LEWIS was amazing he is very helpful very friendly i will recomend to go for it and LEWIS was amazing i pray to god that he get more higher ranks soon very nice person the way he help me i can't explain in words i just can pray for him Thank you very much LEWIS

My insurance was cancelled through no fault of my own, they charged my £75 for this and 10% of my yearly premium. Having took over £500 off me they said I would get £214 of it back, having been insured for just over a week. I have now waited over 30 days for this refund, which is the maximum legal time for a refund policy. They said it would take a few more days, as funds need to clear on their side. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, I would genuinely avoid, even though they may be the cheapest insurers on compare sites.

One of the worst customer service in the world Rude, unprofessional and really don’t have any desire to talk Asking about NCD which I sent 4 times to 2 different emails Maria and Gerry and both didn’t bother to respond or talk

Very disappointed with ladybird insurance. I paid £541 in full for my insurance. I changed my car 2 and a half months later and they would only give me a £230 refund. Plus it will take 30 days!! I will Never use these Rip off merchants again. Compare the market should not be promoting this company
