“Recently switched to ladybird, spoke to Andy who was very efficient, polite and helpful! The info he gave me helped me understand the policy better and enabled me to choose the right options. I was very happy with this customer service and it wasn't stressful like i thought it may be.”

“I had to pay £200 to cancel my policy, after being with them over a year. They do have great customer service but the amount they charge to cancel is insane! Being a business build for new drivers - it's absurd!”

“Anndrew explained my policy in full detail and was very patient with my reply’s! He also was very friendly yet remained professional the entire time! I’m very confident that im not going to have any problems with this insurance company as it was quick and easy and even though the call was a few minutes long there was no rush! Felt very confident with the insurance as the service was spot on! What a credit to your company!!!”

“I was assisted by Hayley and she was so helpful. Explained all the options that can keep me insured cheaper and affordable. She was so kind showing that she loves the job and the clients. She made my day I was so stressed before talki to her but because of her I forgot all about my bad day and laugh. Keep it up lady.”
