“After deciding to renew my policy with ladybird and having a slight miscommunication in the beginning, Insurance Executive Hannah really took the time to make sure I was completely happy and really went out of her way to ensure that I had complete peace of mind with my renewal. Also putting my worries to rest with my excess etc. Completely satisfied with the customer service she provided and would be likely to recommend to a friend now because of such great customer service. “Andy was extremly helpful and a very good listener. He went the extra mile to provide exeptional customer service. Has great product knowledge and was able to explain certain points in a way that allowed me to understand. Also quite funny and brings a light hearted, positive energy to the conversation.
