“Our boiler was leaking water but Legal & General couldn't get anyone out for 4 days - I was changing the towels every 15 mins as they were soaking wet but Legal & General wanted me to wait for 4 days - eventually they got out a plumber to stop the water but then we were without heat for 4 days in October.”

“Legal and General are reasonable to deal with but they charge 20% extra on top of the excess for my 11 year old dog. Also require vet prescription for joint aid tablets and medice which Argos doesn't.”
