I have just spoke to a chap called Adam Williams. He was very friendly and accommodating and his customer service skills were excellent.

I have my fridge freezer cover by your company. And have just had dealings with one off your staff members her name is Julie Edwards and I had to take the time to let you know how good she was she went out of her way to help me and sort out my problem she is an access to your company and I only wish I could put her forward for a reward her customer service is next to none A BIG THANKYOU to her from me would recommend you company to anyone

Fantastic service from my home insurance provider. One initial phone call to claims line then received a phone call within one hour to provide me with a voucher to cover the cost of my much loved , lost , personal item. Thankyou

This is a good value for money policy with Legal and General. Cannot comment on claims customer service as I haven't made one.

Quite happy with cover & cost of insurance. Since I have not made a claim on the insurance, I cannot offer any comments about the service I might have had if a claim was submitted.
