“This the first time I have used Lloyds for car insurance : having being put in a very embarrassing position by my former insurance company. A well know company that even if they quoted the cheapest deal next time I would never trust them ever again!! So far Lloyds ‘seem’ ok.”

“A bit of a mixup. With on line staff but sorted Thay sent me Email policy canceled Had me worried But it was old policy from 2019. ,! WHY???”

“Spoke to a lovely lady called Jordan this afternoon regarding bank transfer. She was not only affeciant but also someone who was happy to offer other assistance if I needed it. She came across as someone who genuinely cared. So very refreshing and rare in our time. Lloyds should be proud to have her as a valued staff member. 🏆”

“During the coronovirus, Lloyd's has been supportive. I asked for the £500 free overdraft and received a confirmation of this within a couple of days. Lloyd's has now extended my three month limit until the end of July. This has come in my time of financial need. As I have now been furloughed for the second time. A big thank you to Lloyd's!”
