“Glad I was with Lloyds through the pandemic. They always had a branch open in manchester and always had staff on hand to help. Felt reassured when staff from my local branch were at the only open branch and they recognised me.”

“Just bean to Lloyds Bank at Daventry rd coventry for help for my husband filling in a bank form for a check deposit as he has Anxiety and is disabled a lovely Ladie called Surb Jagait helped him and filled all forms for him .he previously whent to one on Foshill rd coventry and the Manager said Take it to your doctors very Rude and ignorant so thank you so much Surb for sorting everything out and shame on Foshill rd bank manager”

“I recently got myself scammed, no fault of Lloyds, feeling distressed and at my wits end at a busy time I finally got through to the fraud dept. I was treated with total respect and eventually had my problem solved, I am truly grateful and appreciate the way my problem was handled by a lovely young man,Richard is his name though he didn't ask for recognition. My account being blocked I had to call again for help to get it unblocked and again I had patience and respect from the lovely Welsh man whose name I cant recall. I can't thank you enough for a caring respectful and understanding service”

“Well done the lady in Banstead Lloyd’s Bank. You are a star. Main Tel wasn’t great but she saved the day. This is why it’s so so important that local branches remain open- they know their customers and provide REAL customer service.”
