“Last week a scam company tried to take £90 from my account, Lloyd's were suspicious so denied payment. It was to do with CBD oil on offer for £4.99 Unfortunately the lady I spoke to, said that she would block them from my account, she must have forgotten because today, I wasn't so lucky, the scammers took 2 payments, one of £85 one of 89. However, I spoke to a very kind gentleman at the bank this morning, who was incredibly helpful. Usually I have to say, that until now, all suspicious activities, they have texted me immediately, even when my council tax had increased by £2 they messaged me to let me know. Thank you Lloyd's and thank you to the very kind, professional helpful advisor I spoke to this morning.”

“I bought as Lloyds were much cheaper than the Halifax! Both the same ownership??? But I closed my Lloyds bank account after 40 years when they closed the call Center in Northumberland to safe money. The replaced seldom spoke English. We shareholders can think of better ways of saving money”

“I bank with them too . So it’s was easy to have priemum come out..plus it’s the cheapest out the and I drive a14 plate kuga . Just hope priemium is same next year. And I will b staying with them”
