Tried online banking with my sister on her account. Despite online banking you are still given a telephone number to call for security…fair enough but it takes up to an hour to get a reply.Sometimes the line just goes dead so you have to start all over again.Have spoke to different staff over this weekend who “transfer “ your call to another number…another long wait.Found out that the account is under review so bank transfer cannot be done but no one can advise you on how to come out of “under review”. Absolute rubbish service .Waiting so long for a telephone answer means your phone battery can run out…another Long wait until you het answered.ASAP my sister will close her account

Being a personal account holder they would not give me any coin change unless you are business holder!! LLOYDS northampton used to be a pleasure to bank, but now going in it’s a cringe!! Customer service in branch did not want to know you, just kept on saying hang on will check to see!! Bad bad service!!!!

Lloyds Bank accepted their mistake in a professional manner and compensated me for my loss of income over the past year

I have been a bank customer of Lloyds for years and have previously held car insurance with them. The introduction via Go Compare resulted in a much better price!

This the first time I have used Lloyds for car insurance : having being put in a very embarrassing position by my former insurance company. A well know company that even if they quoted the cheapest deal next time I would never trust them ever again!! So far Lloyds ‘seem’ ok.

I've been a customer with Lloyds Bank for over a decade and they have delivered amazing service each and every time I've needed help. The latest was from David in the Overdrafts department who persisted with my request and overcame some internal technical issues in order to help me complete my request. I am ever so grateful for his assistance as well as all the other staff over the years who have made banking with Lloyds such a pleasure. Thank you so much Lloyds for everything you do.

Avoid on any possibility. Full of liars! W had pipe cracked under the concreate floor. It took 6 weeks to get someone to 'have a look'. Then insurance will trick you to say do this, do that and on the and will say, you done some work without approval! Bunch of scammers

I have been with Lloyds for over 16 years. I was happy with Lloyds until I complained about their bank charges and others in 2020 which I was claiming back and now this mobile insurance claim!!! They use the algorithm method to calculate anything we complain about and it always works in their favour and not ours, so one does not receive a refund or payout for insurance. I have contents insurance which covers my mobile too [rather say should]. I bought my mobile in 2018 making it 3 years old and have recently cracked the screen and seems to work clearer on loudspeaker than normal call. I put in a claim to repair. A lady called me to ask questions. When did I notice this problem? - beg August. When was the screen broken? - 25 Aug. How was it broken - I noticed the crack on the side so not sure if I banged it although I must have for this to happen. No one uses my phone except me. She said, "okay so it's most probably old and may have parts that are worn so then it would not be covered because that happened before the cracked screen". [I mean when we take out these policies the life span of a gadget is not mentioned]. I was advised by her to take it to Samsung to get a report [that I must pay for]. I said, "I should pay Samsung for the report, which Lloyds may not pay for, and most probably cost me more than the phone is worth now". She then said sorry I am declining your claim. I asked why "she said because you don't know how exactly it was broken?" They ask you questions in a manipulative way to try and catch you out. Lloyds we are not all crooks you know!!! So when anyone leaves a positive review for Lloyds, please ensure you have successfully made a claim first. I am not happy with them at all.

I have been with Lloyds Bank, for 47 years, and it's only the last 13yrs, that Lloyds have ripped me off, some years ago, I collected £44K,in compensation, and now , I have found another £130k fraud done to me, all I get from them now , WELL , YOU CAN ALWAYS CHANGE BANKS. They cancelled my endowment policy morgage, changed me, over to a repayment mortgage, so I now ow them £130k, at the end of the morgage. FRAUD !!!

Lloyds bank- Bishops Gate London, went over and above, I was sat waiting for my husband to do a transaction at the till, Ellen saw my ankle was bleeding, and came over with first aid kit, sorted plasters and wipes for me, lovely helpful lady, nothing was too much trouble, many thanks to her again.

Closing all my accounts asap! No help whatsoever to extend my overdraft. Half a day wasted on 'phone then told by disinterested bank they will not assist even though funds coming soon far exceed requested temporary facility.
