“L V provided me with good cover for my car insurance at a very competitive price. Fortunately I have not had occasion to contact them with any claims. I am hoping they will come up with a favourable quote when I renew next month..”

“LV was almost not there . We haven't had any communication at all except the only one time they sent me the Insurance papers . Even as my Insurance renewal is coming soon no any communications from them !! when other insurance companies are competing for my new policy ! It seems that LV has too many customers that they don't care to keep their customers for another year. Wish them all the luck .”

“Policy shot up in price by 50% when I changed my car half way through, would have been the same as my original price if I changed to another policy provider but wanted the year no claims.”

“As I have been fortunate enough to continue to avoid accidents over a further twelve months I am happy to say that it has not been necessary to contact my insurers and therefore I have maintained a negative, but satisfactory, relationship. Howver I now await a quotation for my next annual policy for 2015.”
