“Policy shot up in price by 50% when I changed my car half way through, would have been the same as my original price if I changed to another policy provider but wanted the year no claims.”

“Cancelled my policy after ten months when I missed a direct debit payment. No claims ineligible for that period apparently. Then added an extra payment on cancellation of the policy. Seems they make it up as they go or hide behind small print. Glad I never had to make a claim.”

“I have been with them many years and found their service to be excellent..however this year they have sent a renewal quote which is very expensive went to go compare and saved £120 with another company ..£120 is a lot to pay extra for good service sorry LV bye bye”

“As I have been fortunate enough to continue to avoid accidents over a further twelve months I am happy to say that it has not been necessary to contact my insurers and therefore I have maintained a negative, but satisfactory, relationship.
