“Having lost my diamond from my ring. Marks and Spencer were helpful, and prompt in dealing with my claim. I would recommend them and hope to renew with them this year.”

“I had not driven for a few years before buying this insurance. This meant I had no "no claims" history. M&S offered the best deal at the time for my circumstances. I have not had any communication from them during the 12 months of the policy. I have not made a claim so can't comment on their customer service.”

“All fine, I have been with M & S for 4 years no claims in that time. The re-newal is always higher then a new customer, but they do negotiate.”
