I received your medium Hyacinth and Tulip Posy for Mothers Day,while the Hyacinths have lasted 6 days the Tulips lasted 5 at a push. The leaves on both were not good from the start.

I am recovering from an operation and my workmates sent me M&S flowers, unfortunately when I opened the box the stalks hadn’t been kept damp and they were all wilted. They were long stemmed roses and foliage and came with 3 short, purple posy vases ? Very disappointed.

Recieved a beautiful roses and freesias, no flower fragrance aroma, only a musty smell, this bouquet was a 60th wedding anniversary, not just right M&S

Flowers arrived looking very dried out and not suitable for a gift.

I ordered a bouquet of Rainbow Alstromeria for a friend, so you can imagine my shock and horror when they duly arrived at my door. Once they were put into water they perked up and the flowers are delightful, but the website is terribly confusing, and I'm computer-savvie!

Why is it when I buy a bunch of closed pink Lilly's from the shop they turn out to be white quite often. Who actually checks the wrapping against the what the grower says the colours are supposed to be?

Very disappointing. Bouquet received for my birthday. Lilac and yellow roses. Lilac roses looked half dead. Whole bouquet just looks miserable.

The flowers were lovely, but the bottle of prosecco I ordered as an extra for the recipient to enjoy with her birthday lunch never arrived. M&S wouldn't publish this review - nothing negative allowed, it seems, which is why I'm posting it here instead.

My daughters bought me a bouquet of 18 roses in mixed colours . They were beautiful on Mother's day and have a life of 5 days . They were bought on Saturday the 26th March and today 29th March five of them are practically dead !! So very disappointing . Top retailers I would have expected so much better . Hopefully the rest will last until the 5th day !!!

My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day. I was out when they were delivered DPD left them on my doorstep my neighbour rescued them and put them in water but they were really wilted and have still not recovered. Totally unimpressed with bouquet but told my daughter they were lovely as didn’t want to upset her. Poor show M&S!!!

Holiday Bouquet arrived on time but very disappointing. Roses had black edges, small chrysanthemum petals falling off. M and S is known for its quality way off the mark with these. Can’t complain to sender but they definitely feel they were robbed!

Recieved a beautiful bouquet from my friend for my birthday from Marks & Spencer I noticed after tge 2ndcday flowes were turning brown and losing Petel's i kept them hydrated and cool but to be honest in quite disappointed as I know they were expensive (£50) I haven't told my friend as she would be upset. I've ordered from m&s in the past and been happy with them but these are very disappointing 😕

I ordered flowers for my 40th wedding anniversary. The delivery vehicle (Yodel) messaged to say delivery was made. I’d been on high alert watching for the delivery and received a message saying the flowers had been delivered. They hadn’t. My house is a name, rather than number and I only have 2 immediate neighbours, who didn’t take delivery. I text talked to Yodel - they were pleasant but couldn’t resolve the issue. I spoke to M&S who refunded me. Extremely disappointed - Yodel couldn’t provide photographic evidence of delivery. Seaham area Co Durham - what did the driver do with my flowers, and the personalised card. Disgusted!

Very disappointed to discover the delivery date couldn't be altered. My work colleagues sent me a bouquet for my 70th birthday. They didn't realise I was going to be away from home. The flowers arrived and were put in a safe place but were a little droopy by the time I returned 3 days later. I was given the booking reference & tried to ring to alter the date. The automated voice said this is not possible. Very poor service in my opinion.

Flowers were very nice. Disappointingly the experience was ruined when they failed to pay a small amount of cashback saying the order had been cancelled... so the flowers delivered and money leaving my account must have been a figment of my imagination! Are they dishonest or incompetent?

My daughter bought me a six month Marks and Spencer flower subscription and every single bouquet has been the most aesthetically poor and disappointing in every way, colourless and boring. It’s as though all the leftover flowers/dregs no one would personally choose are being sent out to unsuspecting customers. Any professional florist who has pride in their art would not produce anything like this. Last month’s was a bunch of tulips which I took back to my local store, the manager apologised and I chose a beautiful replacement for £15! £5 less than the cost of £20 per month subscription. It’s a scandal. Shame on you Marks and Spencer. If anyone is considering purchasing a flower subscription as a gift or for themselves and want value for money I urge you PLEASE do not subscribe to this as you will be extremely disappointed.
