“The order I requested was as stated. The delivery was less than straightforward having been delivered to a "safe place". That safe place was not the address it was intended for but to a carpet shop doorway. Facebook appeal led to recipient finding out where their gift was and going to collect it. It wasn't even close to the addressee.”

“Complained about mothers day flowers. Sent out new bouquet of flowers today. Better packaging however where still a little droopy. If I hadn't been off today they would have looked bad.”

“Ordered flowers as an apology present, flowers arrived on day of estimated delivery and we’re a great surprise. Flowers looked lovely and are still looking 10/10 now. Thanks (oh and the apology worked)”

“I have had a monthly delivery for over a year no and mostly they are great. The larger flower heads come with a strange protector over them This emphatically does not suit sunflowers. The delivery is dumped on the front step with the red card ontop which is not ideal if I'm out.”

“Mothers Day flowers from my son arrived on time, securely packaged. Roses and tulips were a bit smaller than a usual M and S bouquet, but hey, we are still in a global pandemic it seems a miracle that we can still source flower bouquets, so I say well done M and S, and all those people working unseen to give us a sense of normality.”

“Had delivery of gladioli on 8/10/20. Two days later they had wilted and the top part had bent over and looked broken. The flowers started to open but did not look very healthy. No food with flowers. Very dissapointed. Wish I had seen " disapointed Dees" review before hand”

“Always A1 for customer services in store. Staff helpful but not too forceful in brand/ product pushing which meant I purchased more and was not put off. Good variety of English apples and vegetables - a rarity in todays supermarket chains.Would recommend the Ashford Kent foodhall .”
