“False advertised recovery service. After a accident they refused to recover my motorbike from from side off road ,it was later stolen from side off road. Never to here from them again.One star is to many, avoid this insurance firm.”

“Please avoid this company. They will not fight your corner if you had an accident that was not your fault. Worst insurance I have ever delt with. Thanks for the 8 months of real stress MCE insurance”

“Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars ***WARNING*** god forbid you breakdown or have an accident after office hours you will not be assured Unsympathetic to any minor banking issues or discrepancies you may encounter True pocket liners and that’s it”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! failed to take payment every month so every month i was having to call up and in doing so being charged a serv charge of 35 per time. Also had no updates of when the policy lapsed and never offered renewal terms. it is now 26 days after my policy ended and i am still chasing NCD. What a disgrace of a company”

“My renewal came in cheaper than any online quote including their own new quote so I called them up to accept no waiting in long lines of people to speak to someone within 3 mins I was speaking to somebody and 5 mins later it's sorted very professional”
