“Excellent as always the only problem is get the costumer service to answer your call could take till 45 minutes also the chat line not very effective as almost all the time they make you call the phone line otherwise excellent”

“It is ridiculous that each year I am treated as a brand new customer. The process has to be started from scratch with a new quote. As a customer this is really irritating and the answer of staff is just... That the way we do it. That's just not good enough. If there isn't a reason for doing it, then stop and be more customer focused.”

“Reasonable price and very happy to see the renewal was discounted £100 from the previous year. It would be useful if the renewal form was prefilled with last year's details to make the process quicker. Also if there was a mobile format for those without a computer.”
