“I am new with this company. The process of quotation was easy and the price reasonal. However in the online questionnaire concerning alarm system I couldn't find anything for BMW. I hope I will have a good experience with this insurance company.”

“Very easy to set up. I had a dodgy phone connection and my contact had to keep repeating himself so I could understand but he remained so patient about the situation. I have been using MCE for a few years now and I can honestly say I’m happy to stay with them.”

“It's very unusual for me to renew any policy without going to 'comparison sites' however, MCE were excellent. I got a phone call off a young lady who knew everything about my policy and me. I did tell her that I had already done some research and told her what I had found out she was happy to help get the price match. Well done!”

“Everything was wrong, I was quoted around £250 to insure my motorcycle, I asked for the quote to be saved on the system and I’d then call back after my payday. I then received a further theee or four calls and each time I asked not to be called again. Finally when I had been payed and my renewal was actually due I was quoted almost £700! Which obviously came as a shock to me. Eventually I just did a quote with yourself a online and bought that for around £350 because I couldn’t be bothered with the aggro anymore. I don’t see how you can ask for £700 for a person with four years no claims discount and a mediocre motorcycle it is absurd.”

“Waited 5 hours for a call out was in the rain and cold couldn’t go to work as was not fix was cold and wet been told it was an easy fix I brought the parts to repair still not working”
