Very tedious and confusing to renew my policy this year. When I phoned the number from the email you sent me i was told it was the wrong number and somebody would call me back. They didn't so I tried to renew directly on line but instead of quoting my reference number I was forced to raise a new quote. I tried to use the online chat but was told that they were too busy to deal with me and that I should email. I did this only to be told it might take 72 hours for a reply. I then phoned the original number again and was forced to go through everything you already knew about me and I eventually paid £0.47 more than your original email quoted. Much too tedious and frustrating.

I am with MCE since my first Motorcycle in 2011 and I have nothing to complain so far. Well done MCE.

Cheapest quote given for my fzr 600 ,only niggle was inputting my date of birth. Screen would not let me do manually, I had to scroll back nearly 60 years on the calendar !! Totally unnecessary in my opinion

Online chat-rubbish Had a human call me, didn’t listen to a word I said. Hope I’ll never have to make a claim as I fear it would be a farce!

Neil Waters I contacted MCE to renew my multi-bike policy, although having to go through some tedious scripted questions, when a simple question ' has anything changed with the vehicles and their storage location changed from the previous policy' would have sufficed. This being done the service was excellent and I was in receipt of my documents within only a few hours. First class service

What a Great guy Lukkasz Garczynski is a BIG thank you to him for pulling out all the stops to keep me as a valid customer if it was not for him and his great customer service I would have gone elsewhere he must must be a great team player so please reward him what an asset to mce if I needed an implored I would pouch him from you well done and thank you once again

... the process is like buying insurance in 1993 - call them up and wait on hold for ages... massively overpriced, extroardinarily bad customer interface, they make you feel like you're trying to rip them off even when you're renewing a policy and add ££ to your premium for ridiculous reasons - I get that this is an industry long overdue for disruption but these guys are next level bad

Due to Covid pandemic I had to use the livechat and eventual phone call to get through.Once through however staff were really helpful and answered my quiries professionaly and with an excellent knowledge of the business they provide. The final quote was very competitive and the staff member fully explained to me what my cover consisted of and explained further options I had. I was very pleased with service provided and felt I was purchasing insurance from a provider that had extensive knowledge.

I can't believe that you want a review from me when I have had my policy with you for less than 24 hours and have never spoken to or tried to speak to a customer service representative. Ask me in 11 months time, or after I have tried to make a claim. Meanwhile, I have given you a possibly generous 4 stars as your price was the lowest I have ever been quoted.

That’s my third year with MCE and I can tell you that customer service is been worse every year, I’ve spent more than hour to renew my insurance, just waiting on the phone was 20 min this is unacceptable, I hope for the next year you getting better customer services.

I had good service but the registration is wrong on my policy it's m19 hyp not m18 hyp I hope we can easily rectify this problem. I will await a reply thank you

Absolutely no help what so ever….been waiting ages to settled a claim and still nothing. Worst customer service I’ve had so far!! Wouldn’t recommend for car insurance
