To be honest,i cant understand why you would charge admin fee's even though i have been with you a few years.Where's the customer loyalty. I still havnt recieved my documents. Making a phone call lasts nearly a hour. Its very off putting.I can understand you guys are busy but as a customer i feel your service is starting to slip below par,which is a shame because when i do manage to get through the staff are always polite and helpful.

I am over the moon with the way you treated me on Friday, having not ridden for several years as I had other interest that took up my time, when I appoached my original Ins Co. (ie :- Carole nash) They said that I was too old to ride the bike that I have owned 17 years. Yet you accepted me without hesitation. After feeling so affended by C.N. attitude. I was so grateful to be accepted by yourselves. Many Thanks.

Asking me for a review on your customer service, not a good idea. I sent a message asking for important information 2 days ago and I'm yet to receive a reply. That despite the message after I sent it saying they'd get back to me within the hour. I think it's safe to say that cheaper isn't always better. They'll get a year out of me but that's it.

Very easy to arrange, person I spoke to was very helpful, but lets be honest you only really know how good an insurance company is, (when you make a claim). thankfully I have never had to do that, lets hope they are as good at that as everything so far.

painless swop for old to new bike, efficient operators on the phone that deal quickly with issues - very happy with service hence 4th year with MCE !

Representative treated the client as a new customer instead of an existing client. He operated in a similar fashion to a robot and could not answer basic questions. Training (not retraining) is required of your personnel. Questions remain unanswered.

Good value insurance, very pleased with purchase except it took several phone calls to eventually get Policy documents over 3 weeks!!! (Portal issues)

Spending 45 min on the phone, with 13 min on hold at the first call, is simply unacceptable. Once I talked to a person the service was good, but background noise from others in the office made it difficult to understand at times. Good price and good cover!

Insured my bike at 800 pounds on third party fire and theft, entered a excess of 100. 3 months later my bike was stolen, then recovered, paid 180 pounds to get it recovered. When claiming i was told my excess was 650 pounds. THEN i was told i was required to pay the remaining 9 months of premiums for a bike that i no longer have. So, simply. My bike was stolen, they've now taken possession of the bike. My claim has been 'settled' and i now have no bike and i owe them 500 quid. What?

I've been for a few months with MCE now and it's been an awful experience. My bike was hit by car while parked - quite a straightforward claim as the third party admitted full liability. More than two months after the accident happen I'm still waiting to get compensation... Customer service is very poor, they don't seem to take my claim seriously. They gave me replacement bike that wouldn't have passed a MOT. Terrible experience. As soon as I can I'll cancel my policy with them.

Rip off merchants. I am 25 with a full license since 17. No points or claims. MCE try to charge me £680 a year fully comp with a £1650 excess on a £3500. You dirty filthy greed bots.. NEW RIDERS BEWARE!!!
