“I still have my recent motorcycle ins with them but suspect they will not re~insure me as they with my other motorcycle when it runs out in August ~ No reason was given but I suspect it was because I had become 80 years old ~ This is hard to take as in my 50 odd years of motorcycling I have only ever made two claims ~last one was over 35 years ago . When I had to find another insurer for my first bike ~it went up over 250% ~ trying to get proof of a non claims bonus for my new insurers from MCE was hopeless I wrote e-mails and letters to no avail. They even told them I was not entitled to one !”

“Recieved a call from MCE, regarding my insurance, was told for an extra amount of money my bike would be fully covered in terms of if i made a claim, or if it was stolen i would recieve the full amount, this was June 2014, still awaiting documents ???????”

“tried to make a none fault claim with mce after being hit in the rear end of my motorbike and was told that I had to pay £600 up front and then could reclaim the money back ,sadly I wasn't in the position to just lay £600 out and thought my fully comprehensive cover would be adequate, obviously not, so I will not be using them again, and would not recommend them .”
