“Using auto fill to enter email address will not work. You need to type in your email address. Price was way higher than last year, and could not get a satisfactory reason from company, just blamed the underwriters. Entering your date of birth on the new system is a time consuming, pain in the backside. Overall, not impressed at all.”

“Price has gone up lot. Your web site for renewal of my policy just sent me round in circles and left me at the point of cancelling my policy. I ended up ringing to renew . The person i spoke to was very helpful and did his job and got me sorted in half the time than the time i spent online. GET YOUR WEB SITE SORTED. !! PLease !!.”

“Been with MCE for nearly 6 years, Customer Service were awesome all the time, this year didn’t get any price dropped, but I suppose inflation took place here, hopefully as loyal customer I can get a better yealy price next year! Thanks!”

“I am useless on computers and trying to get into my portal was dreadful. In the end I telephoned three times, the first two people I spoke to said I had to do it on line and one even put the phone down. Eventually my partner rang and spoke to Lawrence who was very patient and talked her through getting onto my portal and I was able to complete my insurance. However, I think that there is not enough thought given to people such as me who cannot get on with technology and feel you should consider renewing by telephone. I have written to your Chief Executive Officer in the hopes that something can be done for people left behind.”
