“Cheap price but expensive payable excess online easy to fill in. and buy Problems occurs with talking to someone on the phone robots and script reader with no means to answer questions and you get answer "well that is what the computer tell me"”

“No problem dealing with MCE after they quoted me online, price was very excellent. The only problem comes when you need to speak with them in person, you get the run around and then get cut off! But as long as they keep the cost down who cares, just need to learn to allow 2 hours waiting on the phone!!”

“Have used MCE for several years now. Good prices and friendly service. A couple of blips (with sending documents) quickly sorted by telephone or online. On one occasion I forgot my documents (yes, I still use paper) while touring France. One quick phone call and I picked them up by email at my next stop. Have never claimed, so can't comment there.”

“Really competitive quote, documents arrived in minutes. Would have given a 5 star if I could have got through on the phone and spoken to a broker. Tried twice, waited 20 mins each time and gave up.”

“Very easy and hassle free Insurance had a little trouble buying on line with my visa card I simply rang the call centre and it was processed quickly enough. Competitively priced and keen to help.”

“Price was excellent. Quote process was efficient, but due to an IT system problem it would not accept my payment. However, this was resolved by a subsequent telephone call from MCE.”

“I have been insured with MCE for a couple of years now. My insurance was up for renewal but the renewal price had gone up. i I checked comparison websites and I could get it cheaper with less excess but I chose to continue with MCE because the overall deal was better.”

“The phone service was excellent and the lady dealt with me even though it was past closing time, which I really appreciated (although I had been on hold 30 minutes). I tried to use the online Renew, but it seems to have a fault, in that if you have had a claim (theft) previously it lumps it all in with the accident page (which I have not had), so you cannot progress beyond that point as I had no details to put in the boxes as they were not applicable! Very annoying.”

“3rd renewal with MCE, and it was pleasant, with quick and friendly service as usual. The cover I took was tailored to my needs and the price was competitive, only down side was excess is still a bit high in my opinion. Very satisfied and will continue to use MCE in future.”
