“Have been with mce about 9 yrs now. Good service. But please start employing your call staff with a bit of personality.. i know they are doing it all day...but.. ..most are proper dead pan..talking like robots..humourless”

“Yes the rep fully understood me and went through the insurance policy carfully , could have obtained a cheaper policy with a different company but MCE should have my last no claims bonus because scooter has not been insured for a year because of COVID”

“Been with mce for 4 years always had good prices off them for multi bike cover. Very pleasant people on the phone. The only downfall is the cost of the phone all but hey you can't have everything.”

“The best price for my zx6r ninja. Other companies were charging double to what MCE quoted me. The extra add- ons were also included in the price. Very easy to navigate website.”

“Had a reminder email with a renewal price, after shopping around I found a cheaper quote of £30 from MCE ?? so when I phoned them about the renewal price and the difference they offered me the cheaper price. Doesn’t seem any loyalty for current customers surely it should have been the best quote on the renewal. However, the lady on the call was very polite and helpful.”

“Caller that reminded me of renewal date was nice enough. I called back a day later to renew. Call answered in within 10 min. Lady sounded bored as anything, monotone and fed up but did the job and renewed the policy, sligh9cheaper than last year. Job done, no problems, no thrills!”
