“Had accident on my bike, not my fault, MCE won't deal with my claim as MCE don't deal with No Fault Claims and I have to use their Solicitors which is going to cost me up to 25% of my Claim. Also had to pay for my bike to be recovered and delivered back to my address. As I have fully Comp Insurance I thought I was covered and my insurance company would fight my case and recover all my losses, but this is not the case with MCE. AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!”

“Website denied payment but took money anyway. This meant I had to phone and check that the money had been paid and I was insured also that only one payment had been taken. The young lady I spoke with didn't seen intetested or impressed that I had to do this. Apart from that at least the price was about right!”

“I am writing to thank MCE Insurance in particular a member of their Team called Kev Lewis who was outstanding. His clarity and customer service was the best I have encountered and he really was a trustworthy and genuine guy. Great Ambassador for MCE who clearly wanted to ensure that the insurance provided was tailored to my needs / circumstances. Thank you & much appreciate Kev !”

“Main reason for choosing MCE is price but they also happen to be very straight forward too. "I pay for insurance and that's that". Others seem to leave me feeling drained and perplexed.”

“Renewed my insurance yesterday online. Have been with the company a good few tears now. I realised the postcode was wrong on the policy where I store my bike. Rang up to get this changed and was charged an extra £30 for the inconvenience. This will be the last money you get off me. Being a loyal customer doesn't seem to count for much these days.”
