“My renewal came through from MCE so I thought I would use a comparison website, it came back with MCE being the cheapest still, very easy to set up online I had no issues at all”

“Daft question. Quite irrelevant really. Everything is ok so far but just don't be in a hurry to get logged into your web account. It took 2 days for me to get the email telling me to verify my email address. Fortunately I didn't need any service during those days! I hope this is not the way queries are resolved!”

“Good value, the only thing that knocked down the score was the fact that I did not receive a renewal price even though nothing had changed but the no claims discount meant I had to do the full quote again in order to stay with the company.”

“The price was very competitive and website is easy to use, if I was to have one constructive criticism it would be renual time , they don’t give a renual price you to go onto the site and put all your details in again which is pain.”

“Hi I bought bike insurance on my mobile phone. I could not complete the process on line did not get told why just to phone to complete. It is very frustrating having to continual fill out the forms on line for renewal each year when renewal is due. This information is already on your system. And I wanted to get dual cover for 2 bike this proved more expensive than doing individually bike's Thay is there not a saving and it is morning expensive. And more form filling out all this was frustrating. So 2 bike's insured with different companies instead of one .shall I say again not happy and not good business. Thanks”

“Took a while to get through CS as did a quote online but then I got a granite lock so I rang in to change it and by having a lock it put the insurance up by £24 ? No details changed except I had the bike and a lock .”
