Messed me about from day one of a claim, was lied to by most of the people I spoke to on the phones about my claim and when and how I was getting paid out would never use again and have told friends about them who witnessed what I was going through please don't use them very bad insurance company

I have a claim for a stolen quad had nothing but run about from start of claim ask to speak to a manager which I did backs d November we agread a setlment on december2 and I had to send documents in you recived them 5th December but have not reserved payment and still not getting a day I will paid to this day 28th December when I rung again just another run around ask to speek to dee told by staff in meetings gone home now told ring January 3rd to speak to her so imight get it sorted from peter Blackburn claim nu ber MCE 1039241 mc

Big increase in fee from last year. Everytime I had a quote it was more expensive than the previous quote. Inflexible around requirement to have motorbike garage AT ALL TIMES even if just nipped to the toilet and that a claim T THAT POINT WOULD RESULT IN A MUCH BIGGER excess or refusal to honour contract. May look at alternatives next year

Insurance expired 11th Dec 2016. No written notification luckily I had it written on a calendar. Phoned MCE about fours days before the 11th and was treated like a new customer no apology for not contacting me although they said they had rung. If no contact by phone I believe my insurance may have expired without my knowledge. Very worrying.

Very helpful staff. Talked me through the whole process and am happy with the price. I've renewed several times with MCE as they seem pretty spot on.Fortunately I've not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that aspect

Took out a new policy on 28 November. Still not received a confirmation email or any documents, despite sending an email to yourselves. Not impressed at all with customer service.
