“There is nothing right about that company. I insured with them as they were the cheapest but I regret it. Won’t do it agin. Customer service is unacceptable. They don’t know the details of policies and are slow and incredibly rude. I tried to add rider to my policy and it took 50 min to find out that I have to pay extra and they couldn’t tell me how much? Go figure. I also asked for quote for another bike and based on that I went to purchase the bike to find out they misquoted me by 3k. I am not joking they gave me quote lower by three thousand pounds - they made mistake.”

“Cheapest insurance around but not the best customer service. I had service issues last year but cheapest renewal so stayed. I couldn’t pay for renewal online, phone busy, so filled in form for call back, twice, but never happened. Did get through in end.”
