“My bike got stolen after 3 days of owning it. I bought it for £3500. After at least 4 - 5 months and numerous phone calls chasing the claim I finally got a payment through for £1399. In the meantime I have still had to pay MCE insurance for a bike I no longer had and now owe the finance company money as the payment is way to low to cover the remaining balance. I was told more than once my claim would be sorted within the week and they were short staffed and someone would call back. Which never happened. I have been very disappointed not only with the appallingly payment but also the delayed service.”

“Renewed 7 weeks before renewal at motorcycle live and no documents. Phoned up 4 times to get correct documents. Wrong post code then wrong date had to explain to 4 different people to get it right.”
