“Been with mce for 4 years always had good prices off them for multi bike cover. Very pleasant people on the phone. The only downfall is the cost of the phone all but hey you can't have everything.”

“NO GOOD CUSTUMER SERVICE AND EXTRA FEES. Hi. I had a biggie with MCE. I got my card cancelled and tried to get in touch to change my details. Lines were busy so I went for the chat wich they advise you to do on the recording over the phone. There the person on the other side told me to wait that they would contact my in 72hs. I waited. Then before calling me they charged my the 30pounds admin fee. I TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH, to wich they told me to wait. Not fair to pay the 30 pounds extra fee. So if you are thinking about signing with them, consider this BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“All these reviews are fraudulent.This is one of the worst companies apart from collected thousands of pounds of your money they offer nothing in return. Customer service outsourced to an Asian Country.When you call they seem more lost than the customer.Only thing they know is collect Money. I will give zero stars or even minus.There are better insurance companies elsewhere.”

“Did exactly what they say at a fair price throwing in for free no claims protection when asking if they could do anything on the renewal price...to be fair the renewal price had only increased £11 on the previous year and was very favourable when comparing with other companies for the same cover and benefits. Not had to make a claim yet & fingers crossed won’t have to... so can’t comment on that side of things...”

“Used comparison site. My old insurer wanted £122 to change my bike for the remaining 6 months of my policy, even though bike much smaller! So I bought a year with MCE for £162. No brainer. Never use that high profile firm again.”
