“Neil Waters I contacted MCE to renew my multi-bike policy, although having to go through some tedious scripted questions, when a simple question ' has anything changed with the vehicles and their storage location changed from the previous policy' would have sufficed. This being done the service was excellent and I was in receipt of my documents within only a few hours. First class service”

“What a Great guy Lukkasz Garczynski is a BIG thank you to him for pulling out all the stops to keep me as a valid customer if it was not for him and his great customer service I would have gone elsewhere he must must be a great team player so please reward him what an asset to mce if I needed an implored I would pouch him from you well done and thank you once again”

“Due to Covid pandemic I had to use the livechat and eventual phone call to get through.Once through however staff were really helpful and answered my quiries professionaly and with an excellent knowledge of the business they provide. The final quote was very competitive and the staff member fully explained to me what my cover consisted of and explained further options I had. I was very pleased with service provided and felt I was purchasing insurance from a provider that had extensive knowledge.”

“I had a good experience yesterday of renewing my motorcycle insurance policy for twelve months. My phone call was answered within ten minutes by a very thorough man who confirmed the very fair premium previously emailed to me, and we concluded the arrangement promptly. MCE has treated me well, and I would recommend them to my fellow bikers.”
