“Renewal quote was actually lower for a change without the usual faff of compare sites and then bartering on the phone One issue hold time on phone 20 mins to answer!!! But happy with the rest of your service”

“I cannot yet appreciate a system where the price changes day by day. The initial offer received via email was lower than last year, which was great. However, it took three days to be able to talk to an operator on the phone, the only way to renew the policy - online I tried to fill in the questionnaire but the final price was higher. When I could talk with an operator, the proposed price has gone up. Less than a pound of increment compared to the renewal offer via email, but still strange.”

“`Typical of the way things are done by so many companies today the staff read from a script rather than communicate with the customer as an individual person and are criticised if the don't follow the set script. Would recommend the service to anyone who likes the impersonal approach”
