“Already had a policy with MCE, that had run for 4 months , had a quote on line for a new policy of £216, yet to transfer my new bike it was £255. Only got refunded £16 from old policy, but still cheaper than transferring my bike , so a years insurance wasted. Pleased up to that point with service.”

“Prices were the best I could, Anywhere so that's good. However the service trying to get the renewal was very poor imo. After being emailed my renewal quote I was told I can't have my renewal quote as they work off live prices. This was only a few days after I got a chance to purchase it on my days off from work. So I don't understand the point of sending a renewal quote when they can't even match it. Then being on phones for hours because the ins team made errors and wrong prices because they failed to put on a 20 pound admin fee and being put on hold 4 x for 20 minutes ago was not my idea of a smooth dealing with insurance. Good prices but poor service. Thanks”

“I recieved reminder that policy for my Triumph needed renewing. Recieved good renewal estimate. All done in 10 minutes. Quick efficient and effective. Not had to make a claim so cannot make comment on efficiency of dealing with a claim.”

“Renewal process was much easier this time. Previously I had to ring to get my new quote. This year it was displayed in my reminder email. Got through to an advisor quickly, who was polite and professional. Excellent renewal premium also- saved over £90.”

“The person who took my insurance inquiry was just spot on. She was very very helpful. I don't own a printer because I don't need much stuff printed out. It's really only insurance stuff when it comes to renewing my car or bike insurance. But the girl said she can post it out in stead. Which is just brilliant in my case as the reasons I have explained. Oh yes plus she send the details of my insurance via email as well. So I unloaded the insurance certificate on to my tablet as well. The price for my bike insurance wasn't to bad. I checked before hand on one of these comparison web sites first. The cheapest one I got back was £76 but there's some times a hassle sending proof of no claims. You some times have to send pictures of a letter or letters of proof. Let's just say it can turn in to a right carry on trying to down load them to there site. At the end of the day I just want to pay for my vehicle insurance and get on with life.”

“Had a reminder email with a renewal price, after shopping around I found a cheaper quote of £30 from MCE ?? so when I phoned them about the renewal price and the difference they offered me the cheaper price. Doesn’t seem any loyalty for current customers surely it should have been the best quote on the renewal. However, the lady on the call was very polite and helpful.”

“I was knocked off my bike & MCE put Fletcher's solicitors on to me....they didn't want to know so I did everything myself .....it took me 2 year's to get the case heard in court where I won £4000 in for personal injury & damages to the bike.....MCE are very good as long as you don't have an accident”

“my policy went up by 25 pound, i dont understand why we were in a pandemic, my bike stayed in garage for best part of a year ,yet my insurance went up it should have stayed the same, next year i will compare quotes”
