“Great price good service”

“Although they were the cheapest. I did everything online as this was the advice given by MCE. Once i followed the steps to renew my policy i was then informed i had to call MCE to complete my renewal. Ive had no change of address, no claims, no change of bike and pay in full each year so why do you ask me to call in?....its because the number they give you is a premium number when calling from a mobile and that call cost me £21 Not renewing again even if they are cheapest. Pretty sure the regulators will want to look into this.”

“Very happy with the internet service to buy the insurance initially. But then told I could not get home cover online so had to call them back. But the lady at finance department couldn’t help me so I had to call another number. Did that and was told it was a call back service. They tried me once a few days later but then not again. So I called again on Monday 6 July and although the message said lines are open from 830am it kept telling me it’s not open now. So am still not insured for home cover and the call service is clearly not up to it.”

“So far, a good price with breakdown included. So far, in all my years of insuring my ST1100, I've never had to use their services, hence only 4* ( with 5* going to my Honda Pan European) for never breaking down.... yet!”

“Been using MCE for the last 12/13years. My last multi-bike policy they forgot to update the insurance database resulting in me being pulled over by the police and almost having my bike impounded. I Took out a new policy 3days ago, again insurance database not updated and my documents not emailed over to me! Sort it out! Other companies are similar on price, maybe it's time to consider a change.”

“Took over 3 days to be able to pay for the policy and a lot of expensive phone calls. Also took a lot of messaging over another 3 days to get the policy documents, which has delayed the delivery of my new bike”
