Very rude customer service money scammers they didn’t try to take a payment just text and email that you didn’t pay on time and you have a £30 late payment charge as soon as I got the text I phoned up and paid the same date the payment was due scam artist please don’t wast your time and money . They may be cheaper but you will pay for it in the long run .

worst insurance company in the world, they held my van for about 4 months, they didn't fulfill the contract. In my opinion, they are just thieves. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bad payment sistem ..you cant log in online to do payments , everytime you need to call the customer services witch are really unpolite and really bad english spekers

Be careful of late payments. I had funds available in my bank bit the payment did not go through. I have just been charged, even after making the payment on the day it was due.

If i could give them a zero I would. Absolutely fine until you need to contact them. cannot get through to them to change my vehicle over, when I did get through I got hung up on. Just the worst.

High exit fees. Terrible customer service. You'll have to wait for hours to get the information you need. Upon signing up on their website, I purchased motorcycle insurance and nowhere did they ask about a CBT test. Next thing I know, they call me 5 days later. Saying, "Since you don't have a CBT test, and we require that we have to cancel your insurance". Fair enough I said. I didn't realise I have to have that because you don't have it on your website. But you do what you've got to do. So what they did was charge me £97.07. £75 cancellation fee +22.07 for the 5 days my insurance was " active" not only that, I've spent over 3 hours on the phone explaining that it's not fair for them to cancel my insurance because of a misunderstanding on their website and charge me for it. But they said yeah, it is in the terms and conditions, so suck it up.

If I could score them ZERO stars I would!!! Tried to send them my 9+ years NCD evidence and in order for them to apply it to my policy (7 days old I must add) they wanted to charge me another £67!!! I don't think I'll be EVER using them again. Moreover, as a motorcycle instructor, I think I might be adding their names into every conversation I have with students advising them of who NOT to use for their bike insurance!

Cheapest insurance on the market, but they will use any excuse not to validate your claim. Customer service is exceptionally bad and not very helpful.

Customer care very little to none still have a claim that was paid in full but on database its a fault claim since 2019 i have phoned emailed and hit a brick wall at every turn Things appear to be moving since ombudsman and lawyer who settled claim have been contacted by myself shame things had to become confrontational

How is it possible that the renewal of the insurance policy cannot be paid online? In 2021 ??? Only through the telephone service where I am supposed to give my card details to a stranger on the other side of the phone It would be better if they improved the payment services Develop is 2021

We where insurance by this company, there's bad, and then there's 1000 levels down and there is this company. For a little over a hundred pounds they have restlessly hounded us for 6 years, take us to court and still continues to add interest. The money is not even owned. It is really bad, the worst company in the history of insurance companies, avoid at all costs.

MCE have high excess rates and very high cancellation fee's. They were quite rude and 'smug' in offering this information to me. Their prices may seem competitive, but come accident time or cancellation time, you will be STUNG! There are more transparrent companies out there, and plenty of them. If you have any sense, you will avoid MCE at all costs!!

Very tedious and confusing to renew my policy this year. When I phoned the number from the email you sent me i was told it was the wrong number and somebody would call me back. They didn't so I tried to renew directly on line but instead of quoting my reference number I was forced to raise a new quote. I tried to use the online chat but was told that they were too busy to deal with me and that I should email. I did this only to be told it might take 72 hours for a reply. I then phoned the original number again and was forced to go through everything you already knew about me and I eventually paid £0.47 more than your original email quoted. Much too tedious and frustrating.
