“Quite helpful and polite but still expensive(£39 more than my cheapest quote on a compare site). I renewed again just to save the hassle of going through all the stuff with another company,took the easy way out.”

“Representative was obviously following a fixed script, understandably necessary to cover legal requirements but somewhat impersonal. I also received no clear indication of how my documentation was to be delivered, just a promise that I would get an email. After two days I rang to enquire and only then was I given directions to the website.”

“Got a good deal.........eventually! Took all day phoning, being put on hold, the same melody for half an hour arrggh. But crazy times so persevered. Very helpful when I did get through.”

“good to talk to the person I spoke to on the phone to renew but I think the service is pretty poor regarding contacting customers to renew I spoke with the robot on the site and left a phone number for somebody to contact me but didn't. I know it is bad time at present but some contact is better than none.”

“The price was good but the cover wasn’t as extensive as Bennetts with lower payments for things like personal injury. Recovery only 20 miles? Not worth having. Excess over £1000 is.........excessive. I went for it as it was the lowest price and I’ve lost my job ☹️”

“I’ve been left with the feeling of disappointment, due to not seeing the personal injury compensation value before purchase, only £1000 for permanent disability!!!!!!! I will research more I depth in the future, but not obvious at P.O.S. A bit naughty that”

“Firstly, prices are great Secondly the phone service is very good, especially when paying for the premium customer services are also very helpful. The on line payment service failed on me leaving me worried about my details and card details being lost or just floating on the net, if I insure again it will all be done on the phone.”

“Not too happy with having to submit all my details including my NCD on policy renewal. I believe you have all these details. Hence it was easier and cheaper to renew via a comparison site.”

“when i got the text to renew my bike insurance. the foreigner on the phone. all i could get from her can i have your card number, i asked her what dos the police cover, i could not under stand what she was saying, after i had taken out the policy. latter i thought i had been scammed. so i rang mce and they told me it was ok”

“Overall a decent service BUT WATCH OUT FOR THE EXTORTIONATE PHONE CALL. Cost me over five pounds for a 9 minute phone call. DISGUSTING.”

“Good service but need to advise you that you are calling on a premium rate number or loose this as not many others charge you to call them. Just makes you frustrated when you see it on your bill !”
