“Less than happy but was the cheapest. I sent an email back in October 2020 still waiting on my reply. Customer services leaves you wondering who is paying who! As long as you don’t need them, or want anything you’ll be fine!”

“The worst experience ever they charged me £51 for address change which is only 1 mile from my previous address altogether my policy is about£190/annum its more than 25% of the total amount & when I asked to cancel & do refund they can refund £24 only bought this policy in July I've been with them for 8 years never made any claims only spoken to them a couple of times for renewals. That's how they treat their loyal customers. I wonder how government allowed them to run such a scam so blatantly. I've never paid any money to update my address ever before.”
