“Wanted to renew policy..but could log on .I've chat was useless..couldn't ring on phone has there's no renewal button number...had to leave a email for someone to ring me...half a day messing around...felt like going with someone else... not good ....”

“I’ve been with MCE for 5yrs. I’ve always had fully comprehensive cover and although I can’t review the claims department (never claimed 🤞🤞),renewal has been seamless. I’ve compared other companies and found MCE to have as good a deal as any other. For me , it’s not always about who’s the cheapest.I want a company I can depend upon.”

“Disclaimed policy no chance to get refund for almost a year. The reason for disclaim was "no longer able to offer Bike Insurance" So far they still offering it and still didn't fulfilled their obligations. Stay away from this company!”

“My policy with MCE was disclaimed because " they were no longer able to offer Bike insurance", what a nonsense. This company still offers motorbike insurance (and they still sending emails asking to insure motorbike with them) but has not fulfilled it's obligations. Payments of liabilities has been transferred to FSCS and I didn't get refund yet, almost one year now..”

“almost impossible to renew . tried online, tried logging into my account. then searched for ages to get the correct phone number. every way I tried I just ended up with live chat, telling me to log on. Which failed just because I had not log on for a while. Why oh why do I need to log in regularly????”
