Could not renew online. Live Chat was useless. Took ages to renew on the phone. Almost gave up. Will be going with a different provider if not sorted by renewal time.

The Renwal process was very time consuming for whatever reason I was unable to log into my account and it took a very long time to get the problem sorted over an hour on the phone.

MCE are a reliable company, good prices and options. I've used them for many years now, I've never claimed anything mind you, apart from a breakdown call for a flat battery which is included in the insurance. Recommended

I renewed my policy and the money was taken, but no renewal, i phoned up and was made to pay again leaving me with hardly any money until the first payment is sent back, it has been 4 days and i still have no payment back

Can't update policy over the phone. You make it so difficult to actually speak to someone. The policy will not open on line. Not good enough

Good price for renewal. Online portal not great - had to select new card option even though card had been stored - needed to phone to get this sorted out.

When filling in the proposal form, allow customers to state their security devices as the drop down menus aren't easy to select particular items used.

Very easy to insurance online this time, only took 5 minutes, bit more than I thought, but I suppose it's because of the size of the bike, far cheaper than anyone else, the next one was £1,000 and the third one, they were looking £1,500 so I'm quite happy staying with MCE and should be with them for quite a while. No-one else can match your Price.

Significant price increase with no explanation. Couldn't speak to anyone as no phone number available to find out. Web based renewal process was disappointing, didn't like my card details, it took multiple attempts even with help from online messaging app. Process was awkward and took too long.

My cover was less than last year but trying to get on the portal was a pain in the but. it took me three diffrent numbers to get through on the phone and even then I still couldn't renew over the phone .eventually I had to make up a new portal login and once I got in to it it was easy to renew my policy. Mce phone calls are so much easier than your portal sign in (needs sorted).

Big price increase, with no explanation. Was not allowed to renew by phone, had to go on terrible web site. Although renewed still cannot access portal or documents. I can only pray the cover is better than the service!
