“MCE is a good insurance company and relatively cheap for bikes. I've been fortunate in never having to use them for anything except getting a jump start for a flat battery. So cannot comment on the crash side of things. I always get confused as to why you have to put all your details in again when you have to renew, leaving you rummaging around for purchase documents and working out how long you have had a licence for. I would have thought this should be automatically stored if no details have changed? Just a question about if any details have changed and the current value of the bike would do I would have thought. I would still recommend them though”

“Cheapest quote by far. Once I eventually got through after 45 minutes being bounced around the system and the phone going dead. I eventually got through to someone who answered my questions.”

“You had the cheapest quote, which was why I went with you. So far, all OK. But did not seen any options for a voluntary excess on the policy to bring the premium down. I might have been interested in a few extras were they there. In truth, your website seems a bit dated. But you got me the cheapest quote, and I am very happy with that.”

“Jim. thanks MCE, good cover at a good price, the telesales gentleman agent was very on the ball, helpful and accurate, got my 3 bike policy sorted with no worries. have had MCE insure me for 8 yrs. the service is very good. BUT, please,please,please sort out the delay in your phone sales, I was on the phone a total of 58 mins, most of this waiting for an agent to answer. such a shame, a great service let down by poor tele coms. the art of verbal communication is very far from dead. Thank you.”

“Great, friendly service. Excellent price and cover.....but I can't give 5 stars as it took me 6 attempts to get a person on the phone. Shortest time on hold was 15 minutes....and that was only because I gave up....and the music while you're on hold is horrendous!”
