“Great price considering i have not any motorbike NCD. Staff super polite and extremly helpfull thru phone .I hadn`t wait for more that 3minutes to speak overphone with them.”

“Cheapest quote for my nephew's first insurance on his 125. Had to contact MCE to clarify a couple of things and they were very helpful. Would recommend this company over any other for the service provided and will be using them in the future.”

“I recently insured my bikes with MCE insurance. The standard level of cover is very good and represents very good value. Shame you can't get multi-bike quotes online but I guess once a year spending 10-15 mins sorting out your details is certainly worthwhile. The staff were prompt and helpful in setting up my policy too.”

“Good service so far, but in the first two days of having my bike insured, I broke down and couldn’t get breakdown recovery as the policy didn’t allow it until a week after the start date. Otherwise good so far.”

“Very helpful and efficient. As a motorcycle instructor I spent most of a day trying to get cover separate from the school I do work for as their cover is only 3rd party. Apparently after 43 years riding without a claim I'm high risk and nearly gave up. Then mce last call of the day, brilliant, simple to work with and in a short time I'm covered. All the others could learn from mce. Highly recommend as first call.”

“Staff were very helpful but let down by faulty system which stated that my credit card was declined. After trying again I got the same message. Seems that payment had gone through-but twice . Took operative on chat over 30 mins to sort , then I still had to call to get refund . This was done very quickly and efficiently but I now have to wait a while for the money to be put back into my bank. As I said staff are courteous and professional and answered my call promptly.”
